Hello! My name is Mark Morell. I started teaching in Oakfield in 2013. I teach all sections of  6th, 7th and 8th grade social studies. I am one of the fortunate people who love going into work every day. The growth that students make in middle school is astounding. Each day is an adventure full of laughter, hard work, and determination. I believe that our students are capable of extraordinary things and I do my best to make them believe in themselves and their abilities.

During my time teaching at OMS I have also taught science, math, music, STEM, and study skills. Before coming to OMS I taught 1st grade at OES for four years. Before all that, I taught literature and health in 8th grade at another middle school.

I graduated with my bachelors degree from UW Oshkosh in 2012. Before I was a teacher, I was a police officer for 13 years. I live in the country just outside of Oakfield and I take great pride in teaching in the community I live in. Oakfield is a wonderful place full of outstanding people!
