**Directions for Online Registration**

NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION BEGINS HERE: 

1. If you are not a resident of the School District of Oakfield, first step is to fill out an Open Enrollment Application at https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment or if applying after deadline of April 30th, an Alternate Open Enrollment Application listed at same link. Once you receive notification that your student has been accepted through the open enrollment process, move on to step 2. 

2. If you are a School District of Oakfield resident or if you have been accepted through open enrollment, you then have to complete our initial enrollment at https://oakfield.powerschool.com/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=2171116. Once you are accepted, you will receive an email of how to set up a PowerSchool Parent Account. 

EXISTING  FAMILY REGISTRATION BEGINS HERE: 

1. Go to PowerSchool’s Parent Portal website (You can use the PowerSchool link on the school’s website)

2.  On the left side of the page, click on the Ecollect Forms tab.  There you will find all the required forms to fill out to register your student.  Most of the forms will be pre-populated with the information that we currently have. The leaves to the left of the form will turn green when it has been completed and submitted.  Please double check that ALL the information is correct and update anything that is not.  If a form says high school, you will only need to fill out that form if you have a high school student. You will need to complete the forms for each student that you have in the district. 

3. If a student needs to take a prescription medication at school, please fill out the medication consent form located on the right under "Important Links" 

4. If you have questions regarding breakfast or lunch programs, please contact Taher Food Service or go to link located on right under "Important Links."
