Meet Mrs. Doyle

I am thrilled to be serving as the Oakfield Elementary Principal.  I have been working in the Oakfield School District for 21 years. I started my educational career in Oakfield as an elementary teacher for 13 years prior to accepting the principal position.  This is my eighth year in the leadership role at the elementary school. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Marian University. I earned my principal and director of curriculum and instruction licenses from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota through the WiscAd Program.  My passion is working with my amazing team of educators to guide and nurture each child toward their own successes in school and beyond.

I am extremely proud of our schools' accomplishments in the past eight years.  Oakfield Elementary has been named a Title One School of Recognition for five consecutive years.  We have also been ranked a Significantly Exceeds Expectations school for the past four years.  The hard work of staff, students, and families account for these outstanding successes.  I am incredibly proud to be leading this team. 

In my personal life, I am very family-oriented.  Spending time with my husband and three children takes up the rest of my day as we keep up with our children’s schedules or enjoying the moments at home.  Being a parent of a college student, 10th grader, and 8th grader has provided me with many insights and experiences to help me be even stronger in my principal position.  I truly believe being a parent allows me to be an even more effective principal as parenthood is the hardest job one can hold.
