Biography: Rachel Raskiewicz began her career at Oakfield in 2021 and has since been dedicated to fostering a positive school culture and enhancing relationships among students and staff. Prior to Oakfield, Rachel worked with individuals on the spectrum, mentoring students who are disengaged in school, and early AODA interventions. As a Middle School Counselor and District Mental Health Navigator, Rachel actively works to support the emotional and mental well-being of students, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
Rachel is passionate about building connections within the school community and is committed to creating a supportive environment where all students feel valued and understood. Her efforts in promoting positive relationships reflect her belief that a strong school culture is essential for student success.

Personal Life: As a proud fur-mom to her black lab, Ember, Rachel values the companionship and joy that pets bring into her life.
Interests: In her free time, Rachel loves to embrace the great outdoors. She enjoys spending time at her family cabin up north, hiking with her dog, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling. She has a hobby that fits into each of the seasons!
