Meet Mrs. Pinno
I grew up a short distance from Oakfield in Brownsville. I enjoyed growing up in the small community and have fond memories of playing at my grandparents' apple farm, Pieper's Fruit Farm. I went to college in Milwaukee at Wisconsin Lutheran College and graduated in 1995. I subbed for a year and got a lot of experience in different grade levels. I was so lucky and excited to get a teaching job in Oakfield. I taught 5th grade for 2 years and I taught second grade for 18 years before teaching 3rd grade. In 2002, I got my Reading Masters from UW-Oshkosh. I got married in October 2008 to my husband, Jeff. After getting married, I sold my house in Brownsville and moved to my husband's house in Lamartine. My husband grew up in the area also and his family has a construction business, Pinno Construction. We are so lucky in that we both absolutely love our jobs. We are blessed to have two girls, Jaiden and Justice. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, golfing, and gardening.
