I am a 1987 graduate from UW-Stevens Point with degrees in general music and vocal music.  I was hired by the School District of Oakfield in the summer of 1987.  In the past 37 years I have taught general music in grades 3 - 6, as well as directed choirs at both the junior and senior high level.  As I often tell parents at our concerts, "I am lucky to be working with the greatest kids in the world!'  In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I serve as the advisor to the swing choir.

Outside of school, I keep myself busy spending time with family and serving as the  music director at my church.

I love the summer months (because of the great weather) and enjoy a good round of golf.  I also love tending to my yard and my flowerbeds.
