We are currently accepting applications for the Sara Marie White Memorial Scholarship, which offers $3,000 in financial assistance to a graduating Wisconsin high school student who plans to attend a 4-year college or university, a 2-year community college, or a technical/vocational school in the fall of 2025.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be an official Wisconsin resident
- Have a primary diagnosis of epilepsy (seizures may be controlled or uncontrolled)
- Be a current high school senior OR a past graduate of a Wisconsin high school who is currently an official Wisconsin resident and no older than 23 years
- Have been accepted to an eligible post-secondary institution (proof of admission can be provided later, if not yet available)
