Biography: Aaron Schepp has been a dedicated member of the Oakfield educational community since 1999. He began his career in elementary education, spending 22 fulfilling years teaching 4th and 5th graders. In 2021, Aaron transitioned to the Middle School, where he now teaches 7th and 8th grade math. His approach to teaching emphasizes engagement, critical thinking, and a love for mathematics, helping students build a strong foundation for their future studies.

Coaching Experience: Aaron has also made significant contributions to Oakfield's athletic programs. He began coaching middle school football in 1999 and, after a brief hiatus to complete his master’s degree, returned to coaching in 2018, leading both the middle school and JV teams. Additionally, he has coached middle school basketball for four years and served as the head coach of the varsity baseball team from 2001 to 2024, shaping young athletes and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
Personal Life: Aaron married his wife, Melissa, in 2001, and together they have three children: Bailey, Lainey, and Sophie, all of whom have attended or currently attend Oakfield schools.
Interests: In his free time, Aaron enjoys tackling home improvement projects and continues to find joy in coaching.
